She would relate stories to me about the challenges Nova had faced in her life and what an amazing attitude she had. I met her and was struck by her sense of humor. She has a unique way of looking at everyday things in life and finding the fun in them. She’s written a very touching story of someone who has faced many challenges and keeps a very positive outlook."

In a recent discussion with Nova, I saw that there were tears in her eyes as she expressed her gratitude for the comments and for the people who had made them. As a full-time employee, she realizes just how much effort and time it takes to make statements such as these.
The amount of encouragement received by Nova through comments such as these is difficult to measure. To say that they are 'meaningful' seems like the utmost in understatement.
